For Customers:

  • Modify or cancel a booking β†’ Provide your Booking ID and new details.

  • Payment/Invoice help β†’ Share the last 4 digits of the card used and booking date.

  • App issues (crash, login, OTP) β†’ Include device model, OS, and app version.
