Booking ID (for customers) or Driver ID (for drivers)
Ride details (date, pickup & drop-off locations, if applicable)
App details (device model, OS version, app version)
A brief description of the issue and any screenshots (optional)
Common Requests
For Customers:
Modify or cancel a booking → Provide your Booking ID and new details.
Payment/Invoice help → Share the last 4 digits of the card used and booking date.
App issues (crash, login, OTP) → Include device model, OS, and app version.
Service feedback & complaints → Escalated within our QA process.
For Drivers:
Driver Account Support → Password reset, login help, or app issues.
Payment & Earnings Queries → Weekly settlements, invoice clarification, or payout delays.

General Assistance → Vehicle registration updates, document submission, or profile updates.

If your issue remains unresolved after 2 business days, reply to the same email thread with “Escalation” in the subject line. A senior specialist will review your case.
